what should i do if i escaped the iranian military draft and i want to go back? do i have to pay a fine and .....? Can i write an email to the iranian embassy asking for a visa or ???? Is there an iranian embassy in America? If someone would just tell me what i have to do to go to iran this summer. thanks

In Iran those who avoid call-up for military service are considered deserters - desertion is punishable by two to 12 months' imprisonment in case the deserter surrenders himself to the authorities.
But if you left the country before you were called up I would imagine you would be expected to complete your service, as opposed to being punished for desertion. More details in below webpage...
