Camera's in dressing rooms is illegal (at least in most states). I don't trust dressing rooms and I'll usually just go home and try things on. There are way too many perverts out there.

It is illegal to place a mirror in the actual stall, mirror of a dressing room. However, I do not believe it is illegal to place it in the actual dressing room where the focus is only on the entrance, hall area, waiting area etc.

It can not be positioned in or above the stalls, or in any place that it could "see" or record any individual in any state of undress.

However, I'd imagine places do have them so they can see if the person is walking in and out of the stall with the same amount, and not hiding it in their bag etc.

I heard once that if you put your fingernail up to a mirror in the dressing room and there is a space between your finger and the reflection, it is a two way, but if there is no space it is a regular mirror. I don't know if this is true or not

What!?!?! You were watching Good Times!!! One of my favorite shows.

Anywho, I've never heard of that before. It's just as bad as a camera I think.

If there are mirrors, it is a good chance there could be cameras. Yeah, it is an invasion of privacy and illegal.

It is illegal to put cameras in dressing rooms period. If someone is doing it then they need to be reported. It's against the law, and is invasion of privacy.

If you go to some trashy stores, I bet they do. Who would know besides the owner?
They say you can see a red light when it's recording.
Don't know if that's true or not?
