I can't believe that there are actually some smart people answering an MJ question! Lisa, Peas, rebble and jaythewarthog gave awesome answers! They can actually think for themselves and don't believe everything the media tells them! The accusations against MJ are so obviously false! The mom in the trial has previously sued other people for money, is guilty of welfare fraud and filed accusations against the boy's father saying he molested him! And the kids who testified changed their stories every time they told them!

No. I don't believe he's guilty. Those people and Jordan Chandler (the 1993 case) we're money hungry. I mean seriously if your child were to be molested would you really take the money and forget about the case? I don't think so, no one would accept the money and just let the case go (unless of course you were money hungry). They don't have enough evidence to prove he's guilty and the boy kept changing the story. Why? Michael Jackson is targeted by many people (even those he loves) just because he is Michael Jackson. Yeah he is a little eccentric, but think about it this way everything he does is under a magnifier. The man has never lived a normal life so why would you expect him to be normal? Anyways to each their own, I can only say what I believe since I wasn't there but I still love the man and think anyone deserves a little bit more respects than a majority of people are giving him right now.

I was torn about this at one time, but I don't think MJ is guilty. I do think he made some damaging remarks about sleeping with children, though. If he hadn't of publicly said he didn't see anything wrong with it, I think people would've been a lot more sympathetic. Mike built neverland so poor & sick children could have some happiness. I think his intentions were genuine and he would never hurt a child. I really have to look @ the people that sued Mike. If my child had been sexually assaulted, I'd want justice done and that means seeing them behind bars. These people went for Mike's money instead and had pulled scams on other people as well. The fact that Mike settled and paid others off, made everyone skeptical about his innocence - but I think he did it just to make it all go away - which it didn't. I think people need to leave MJ alone, he left the States for Bahrain so he could have some peace and is currently working on a new album due out next year.

There were thousands of chidren, that visited Neverland over the years and if MJ was a pedophile there would've been a lot more cases. Also, why would someone of his fame & stature do this where he could get caught. He could easily go to a foreign country, where it is more tolerated and pay for this kind of thing, and no one would be the wiser.

Until I see unequivocal proof that he did this, I won't believe it. He loves kids way too much and believes he's a kid himself.

I don't think Michael Jackson is guilty because he's very realistic about hanging with young boys and wouldn't do anything to hurt them. I can't blame Michael Jackson about his immature behavior because he was very busy as a boy, since he recorded many hit songs. He never get to do what normal people do, like celebrating a birthday, holidays, and fun activities. People who accused him of child molestation are liars and they're doing it for money. Michael Jackson is very friendly, honest, and a respectful person. I don't see any problems with him with kids, as long as he respects them and their families, avoiding not causing any controversy and to relive the times, which how they have an enjoyable time.

I don't believe he was guilty. The people who made those accusations had tried it with other people before, making false accusations. I think they were after his money because the first time someone did that, he just threw a bunch of money at them to make it go away. He did not want the media circus that would accompany letting it go to trial. Once everyone knew about that out-of-court settlement, other people came out of the woodwork, hoping that he would settle with them too. But it didn't work out that way. He was found Not Guilty, and rightfully so in this case, as far as I'm concerned.

No. Think about it, if your child was being molested would you sue for money? Or would you rather see him in prison? Then after he was found inocent the childs mother went to jail for welfare fraud. So that tells you she was money hungry, and he was a perfect target.
He was an adult as a child, and a child as an adult.
Poor thing. Hes still the greatest

Until he's proven guilty in a court of law he's only guilty of being one strange human being. He has an unconventional way of expressing affection towards children, his own included, but does that make him a pedophile? I am still not sure, although I lean towards thinking he is.

Hey Deni... if you're talking about the child molestation charges, I do think he's guilty. But I think because of his childhood and his lifestyle he has such a warped sense of reality and of what's right and wrong... maybe he really thinks he's innocent of any wrong-doing.
Still it doesn't matter nor does it excuse him from what he did. After the first charges were dropped he should have been aware of what not to do and should have stayed out of trouble. But he didn't do that did he?

of course he is not guilty. People accused him only cuz they wanted his money.

o0oh yea... I don't know how he was found not guilty. If some many people say you did something to them most likely you did.
