the UK code is 0044 and then dial the cell phone number - good luck

Be aware though that some countries don't use a double zero for international access. You don't say if the cell phone in London is a UK one or Croatian. If it is a Croatian cell phone, just dial the number as normal, the mobile network will know where the phone is and direct the call to it.

Check with your local phone company but usually you dial the international access code (00) + country code (44) + mobile number excluding the initial '0'.

Thus my mobile number is 0790 xxx xxxx so to phone me you would dial 00 44 790 xxx xxxx
