I am having a problem with my husband always being tired after sex. Even if I do the work. If I do oral he wants to take a nap? This is becoming a problem because I have been wanting sex more (like during the day) but he will be tired. Is there anything I can do to help this? Or is there anything he can do to hange this. If we have sex more during the day do you think that it will get him out of the routine of wanting to sleep?

Ok...Here's the reason. Orgasm causes a MAJOR drop in the testosterone level in the blood. A lack of testosterone cause a complete lack of energy.
This is the same factor that causes a loss of interest in sex immediately after orgasm.

It's physiology IMHO. It's not that your husband is making it on purpose. From my personal experience, after relieving the sexual tension, a man feels really sleepy. But, I think this is mainly if you do it late in the evening or at night. So just try to find more time for these things during daytime and you will be one happier wife :)

I've read the answer here (http://www.askmen.com/love/love_tip_250/293b_love_tip.html answer 4). Which means that the cause it purely chemical and, well, normal. As much as we (men) want to be strong and do it well, we are after all just humans.
Try to make him comfortable with some massage and/or warm bath. Then, even if he is sleepy in the evening, you can finish what was started in the morning.

it has something to do with the chemicals in the body... after they are exerted during sex, these chemicals drop causing men to fall asleep after sex...

Let him go without for a couple of weeks (buy yourself a toy to keep yourself satisfied) and you'll see if he's too tired. If he's still not interested, that could be a red flag...
