Why Democrats like Kerry say our troops in Iraq are "terrorizing kids and children"?

Do you have a link to this quote? I am assuming it is being taken out of context. Unfortunately it is a proven fact that some (I repeat some) of our officers in Iraq have terrorized children. There is documented proof, which is currently being used in a number of trials that back up the atrocities that some of our troops have committed.

However, this does not mean that all of them are. I am of the belief that there is poor leadership in the military (as evidenced by the brilliant handling of this "insurgency") that creates these gray areas that some of our soldiers believe allow this sort of action.

Now, I could be wrong, and John Kerry could be saying that every single one of our soldiers over there is the devil incarnate, but I sincerely doubt it. If he is making generalizations, that is a very poor way of getting a point across and is better known as the "Straw Man" argument. But the underlying point is the same - this war has been mishandled on every level, planning, logistics, and management. The only thing we did successfully was defeat an army that is minuscule in power compared to our own.

For the same reason that they blame Bush for Katrina.I was in another country and saw Bush urge everyone to leave before the storm.Those that refused to believe he was right about the storm being worse than tthe news predicted stayed and then cried about it. Employment is at an all-time high interest rates at an all-time low and people who hate conservative ideas refuse to believe it is because of good decision making.The world could have the chance to be free of terror and strife for the first time in 5000 years if people would catch on.
