Well without knowing you really. I would say you are the perfect weight for your height. You could probably use more muscle tone. Always check with a health professional before trying anything.

I depends on your body frame if you have a medium to large frame you are fine. Meaning you have nice curves and all that pretty ness your fine, and even if you have small frame your weight isnt bad for your height at all. I know a girl who is 5'9 and 120 pounds and she is way unhealthy. You do not want to be so skinny that you cant do certain things. Id say if anything just work out but press yourself. Have fun with it. Take Care and Good Luck.

Weight is fine. Try to tone your muscles (don't be surprised if the weight goes up a bit - muscle weighs more than fat).

You have a problem thats very common amongst women. Heavy weight !!!You are surely over weight honey. How old are you ? married ??You should follow this strictly......
I would suggest you reduce / stop intake of junk food stuff like french fries, burgers etc.
Get you jogging shoes and start jogging.
BUT--- BUT --- If you are really interested the try YOGA.
It does help alot as long as you practice it properly.
Need more guidance on Yoga, then write back with your pics and email

I wouldn't suggest you lose weight. I'm 5'3 and the ideal weight for my height is 130-140. You can try a body scultping class if you are wanting to tone up. Pilates is also a great workout to help tone up but not bulk you up.

Sounds perfect as long as you pay attention to your posture. Being tall, you must maintain great posture. What I suggest is this:
Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.
No sugar
No sodas
No candy
No chips
No potatoes
No pasta
No pizza
no corn
no bread
no burgers
no fried foods
Good Luck

i'd say just tone muscle. that's on the low side of a healthy weight for someone as tall as you.

No, if you vary between those weights, you are absolutely fine. I would definitely tone up as this is always beneficial. HTH.

I'm 5'2" and I weigh 120lbs., but my body fat is 18%. I'm like a rock... I have learned that the number on the scale doesn't really matter. Go by how your clothes fit, how you feel, and how your clothes fit. Good luck !!
