you had a cursh on left your town for two years and returned would you say something to them or just move on?
The reason why I ask is because the person that I have the crush on I never spoke to them so it is very difficult trying to start a conversation. I was wondering what should I do, should I say something or just move on?

You get a second chance, it sounds like to me, and your second chance comes with a lot of conversational fuel. "Where have you been?" "What have you been doing?" "Let's get a cup of coffe and you can tell me all about it" "What did you like best about being away from home town?" etc.
If you still have feelings for this person, you owe it to them and to yourself to get to know them a bit better. They might be very different and less attractive to you since their time away - or the opposite. Every relationship starts with someone saying the first thing - go for it!

Depends... Do you want to continue to just have a crush on this person? Crushes can be alot of fun. They are exciting, time consuming and not alot of effort. Or do you want to talk to the person and risk your crush either going out the window (like they may look at you with a "why are you talking to me look") or getting a date/friend out of it?
