Any doctor, male or female usually will leave the room. Thats the sign of a true professional. I mean it would feel so weird just dropping your drawers and them watching, even though they already know whats there.

Yes, absolutely. You should never be left alone with your Dr. without a nurse present. It not only protects you it also protects the Dr. against sexual related lawsuits.
