No. Never. Making a statement of opinion should NEVER be against the law in the US.
Now, I don't agree with the statement that the holocaust is a lie, and anyone who says stuff like that is a jerk. But he has the right to say it.

Germany and Austria have much, much stricter laws about nazi stuff, since that's where it all started.

Abosutly not if we do this it only drives the nazis and thier ilk undergound making them harder to find . many a case has been solved by letting thease losoers speak .

here in america everyone is entitled to express their opinion and in my opinion there is more than enough evidence to argue that the holocaust did occur.
