If you are serious about starting any business, please see your local SCORE office for good advice. As for the shrimp aspect of it, perhaps there is an agricultural extension office nearby; they would be listed under U. S. Government.

I looked into doing shrimp farms there alot in Hawaii . You need to check with us agricultural deportment also to see if you can even do it .
