Does it accumulate in a pets' body?

Yes it is fine to give frontline every month. It wears off, so that is why you need to reapply every month. In winter months you don;t need to put it on the dogs, unless you live somewhere warm.

you are suppose to give it to the pet once a month it wears off after a month and has to be given again

every 4-6 weeks is fine but u can leave it a little longer in the winter i find prob due to the build up tho lol

You are supposed to administer it every month for it to stay affective. So, yes it is OK
