ive used the schock treatment for swimming pools (get it at wal-mart cheap), just dillute it in a pump sprayer, spray it on rinse well with pressure washer . when your through throw your clothes away, cause there not gonna make it thru the wash in good shape.

If this is Terra Cotta tile, try a cup of bleach to a gallon of water. Let it set for a few minutes and rinse with a mop.
Mop regularly with 1/2 cup white vinegar to a gal. of water.

mix like a little bit of bleach in a spray bottle and fill with water. spray where the algae is and it should go away.
