How do I find out the reputation of the EE department at BYU?

I am contemplating whether my husband should go back to BYU for his eletrical engineering degree. I know that where he is now, at UTDallas, it has a really good program, and I wouldnt want to move to Utah unless it was a good program. How do I find out how good it is? And their reputation? Thanks!!

Ask other people in the field. The best gauge are other professors in your husband's program. Maybe they know people who teach at BYU and can give him a by-the-by impression of the program. Also, contact the school and ask to talk to recent graduates or ask the school where recent grads end up!
