"...where is my microsoft word? Not my computer, ..."
Hence, not your microsoft word.
As other poster said, look for Microsoft Office under Start --> All Programs.
If not, look for Microsoft Works - that usually comes with it and has word.
If all else fails, Start --> All Programs --> Wordpad.

Microsoft Word may not be installed on your computer. If it is then go to the Start Menu and see if you can find either Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office or something with Microsoft.
Word does not automatically come with Windows XP.

Daffy,
Take your computer and box it up and return it to the store where you bought it... and tell customer service you're too stupid to own a computer!
