I am a Yankees fan, and Wells did everything he possibly could to help Boston win...he pitched late into the game, gave the bullpen some relief...and most importantly, gave his team an opportunity to win the game late.

The bats just didn't come through today...but hats off to both Lidle & Wells for at least making sure ONE game in this series was a pitcher's duel.

"Drop each and all of the biasness"? it is not a bias to assert that the Yankees and crimson Sox are 2 of the main effective communities interior the yank League. it is not a bias to assert that they've a stable carry on 1st and 2d place interior the branch (no be counted which team holds which place). those are information. of direction the Rays have of project, yet while the Yanks and Sox save enjoying the way they're, it is going to likely be no longer common for them to get in. they could only be 5 or so video games returned, however the Yanks and Sox stay interior of three video games of another at any given time. For TB to make playoffs, they could prefer to win maximum persons of their 2nd 0.5 video games. they could additionally choose the Yankees or crimson Sox to lose particularly some 2nd 0.5 video games, or bypass on one severe dropping streak. of direction there is an danger that this would ensue, yet barring harm, ny and Boston are particularly stable. there is a lot of baseball left to be performed, so it fairly is impossible to offer this answer a distinctive "no." besides the shown fact that, it fairly is secure to assert that the Rays could play extreme, clever ball, only an identical via fact the Yanks and Sox will.
