could it possibly be another kind of infection or do you think it is just my plug? i will ask my doc on Wednesday but he is really hard to talk to so i figured i'd ask some women who actually experienced having a child first . It sometimes eases my anxiety before i can talk to my ob even though i know u can't really diagnose me for sure it feels good to know it's normal. Or to know other women have experienced this. So thanks to all of you who reply.

You would need to contact your OB doctor for your results...just call them the nurse would know.

There are no signs of Strep B. I just had my test done last week and was told if they do not call me not to worry then the test came back OK.

If you are having this issue call your OB doctor and talk to the nurse there.

Yeah...that discharge is completely annoying but also completely normal! It's just your mucous plug starting to wear down a bit in preparation of the event. I was positive for Group B. There are no symptoms. The hospital will just give you an IV of antibiotics when you are in labor. It is very rare for complications to occur. But if you are positive, they will be a little more attentive to you and your baby. Just to make sure no one is developing a fever or an infection from it.
