YA RELAX. BUT MINE WAS BECAUSE I HAD CERVICAL CANCER. MAKE SURE YOUR GETTING YOUR PAP EVERY YEAR AND TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR IF IT CONTINUES SO YOU CAN GET SOME TEST DONE TO MAKE SURE ITS NOT LIKE ME AND YOU HAVE ERVICAL CANCER OR AN STD. FIRST GET CHECKED OUT AND IF YOUR CLEAN AND CLEAR THEN RELAX AND FOCUS ON YOURSELF EXPERIENCING PLEASURE NOT ANYTHING ELSE

There are a LOT of reasons for sex hurting, from hitting the cervix due to position through to STD's, not having sex (foreplay) prior to penetration through to emotional problems brought on by previous sexual trauma.

It is far too vast an area to say specifically what would solve the problem of painful sex, for most women it does come down to not having sex prior to penetration as this mean they are not only not lubricated but also that their vaginas are not relaxed or stretched enough to accommodate the penis. Ideally there should be sex before penetration to the point of orgasm allowing for vagina to allow for penetration, clitoris to be fully erect, also easy for women to reach orgasm and ejaculate.

If there are continuing problems it is an issue to take up with a doctor willing to investigate and help with any physical or psychological issues that may be involved.
