Do you mean slander and libel......collectively known as defamation?

3 yrs in UK. You have to be pretty damn sure of your case.....you cannot get financial aid for it....you are on your own.

Don't go for it it unless it's a cast-iron case.

You mean limitations? I take it?

Uttering and forgery? = Slander and libel?

Slander is a spoken damaging comment. Libel is a written damaging statement.

Don't make another move without expert legal advice. It could cost you dearly.
