Start taking regular naps, give your body the rest its asking for! It will happen again in your pregnancy, but this stage of it will go away. Your body is getting used to give baby what he/she needs right now, so give your body what it needs to keep yourself going as well.
Its not about being lazy so don't feel guilty. Creating a life takes a huge amount of energy. You'll get it back.
I'm 32 weeks with my 2nd, trust me, it comes and goes lol. Just take what you need is all. And make sure you take your prenatals, because they are not just for the baby, they are for you as well. If you start having weight loss issues your doctor will keep an eye on you, make sure you tell them how you are feeling at every visit. They will help you to understand what is going on.
Good luck!

My wife has been through 5 pregnancies (including a set of twins) so I got an idea of how you must feel. At 5 months you should be in the easy sailing trimester. If you are feeling very tired, make sure you are getting enough iron. You may be suffering from anemia. Also, take your prenatal vitamins and start walking. Even if it is only a short distance, a little walking will make the pregnancy go much easier later down the line. You will need a considerable amount of calories (remember, you are eating for two), so try to eat, even if you do not feel like it. My wife Had the most success with small meals taken 6 times a day, including a few whole wheat crackers before she got out of bed. Give it a try. Finally, make sure you get enough rest at night.

If you feel this way at only 5 months, just wait til you get about 8 or 9. Just remember you have a life growing inside you and in the end it will all be worth the tiredness. I'm due in only 3 more days and you can imagine how tired I am right about now. Congrats and Good Luck.

You probably need more protein in your diet. Eating more protein foods should help to give you more energy. Even if you don't feel hungry, try to make yourself at least eat a small snack every couple of hours. It's not good for you and baby to go w/o food for too long.
Sleep whenever you can. It's normal for you to be tired while PG. Your body is working as hard as if you were climbing a mountain!
Have you been checked for anemia? You could be getting anemic. Talk to your doctor about that. You may need more iron if that is the case. Chelated iron is the best kind to take because it is better absorbed by your body and less likely to cause constipation. Go to your health food store and talk to them about getting a chelated iron supplement.

I don't really know if there is much you can do. I was dead tired through most of my pregnancy also.
All I can tell you is to get as much rest as possible (you won't have that luxury once your baby is born), and take it easy (don't feel guilty about feeling "lazy", you're pregnant)!
You should try to eat a little bit, after all, you are eating for 2!
Good luck!

See Doc now could be gestational diabetes,or thyroid. The baby will take what it needs from you, you don't need to eat for two, but you do need to keep your strength up.
