No, and neither does anyone else. It's all a load of crap.
Some people are good at "reading" people and stating the obvious.
You will conceive shortly after ovulation, assuming certain other criteria are met. Instead of asking stupid questions about psychics, why don't you learn about your own body and how it works?

I have partly psychic abilities. Almost every day, I have a deja vu and experience something happening the following day, as envisioned.
(But those are only momentary, not minute-long visions of what would happen the next day.)
