Yeah, I always figured he was a little weird. But he seems normal with everyone else. What I don't get is the staring. May be he's nuts!

He probably likes you and is very intimidated. I used have a couple of guys that used to do that at this bar I would frequent a few years back. Every week they would come and stand and stare at me all night and never come up to me. Finally after a long time passed it came out that they really liked me but had no confidence to talk to me.

If you are interested in him approach him and start up a conversation. It sounds like he is shy. Either way you will find out...if he continues to talk he is interested and just shy.... if he doesn't want to talk then he is either just weird or has no interest..in which case you can move on.
