me and my ex bff broke up this summer and we go to the same school she's been really rude since we stopped being friends and i've got way more leverage over her she dresses tacky i mean floofy pink skirts with dirty pink converses and scarves that just don't match uhh should i return the rudeness or just brush her off?

Be a better person than she. She is being mean because she is still dealing with the hurt and confusion of a break-up. Yeah, I know you two think you know why the relationship ended - and maybe you do, but there are still loose and upset feelings going around here. She isn't dealing well with them.
Believe me when I tell you that people notice how other people act. If she is treating you badly, then people are noticing that. And if you respond to her in kind -- if you become rude and cruel to her - then people are going to notice that, too. And they will draw their own conclusions about you. This is how reputations are formed --- and ruined.
If you treat her with respect and kindness. If you are polite and ignore how badly she treats you, then people will see you as the better person. (And, if it gives you some perverse pleasure, the better you treat her when she is being horrible, then worse she will look to everyone around you at school.) Her reputation will grow as a horrible girl (and make guys less interested in her) and you will get the reputation of being a great guy (and girls will be a WHOLE lot more interested in you!)
You have nothing to win by using whatever "leverage" you have over her and everything to gain by being the better person.

just brush her off. if you're not bff any more that shouldn't bother you. be a better person than her and just let it be. try to walk the other way and stay out of sight.

dude just ignore her for a wile see wut happens and after a wile if she is still mad or mean then just tell her even though were not frends doesnt meen she has to be meen to u and like just talk to her about it u know. ive been through to and i know how u feel, so ya later homie
