The #19 team kept its personnel for the most part. I would imagine that at the end of the season, or maybe before, that some of the members may shift around. Therefore, the team personnel are the same ones that Jeremy had while he was there.

the 38 team stayed with Yates Racing. I'm pretty sure that Sadler just using the 19 team that Mayfield used with Evernham racing. Here's a tid bit for you about Evernham. Seems Ray Evernham has been spending lots of time with his female driver Erin Crocker if you know what I mean. Or so says Mayfield in the lawsuit filed against Evernham last week. I read that on NASCAR.com.

The only thing that changed was the drivers. Everyone with 38 is still there.....and everyone with the 19 is still in place as well. So he'll be working with that team, but not any of his old team.

It's the 19 crew, and crewchief, though his spotter is Brett, whom he has had since he started with the wood's brothers, the reason Brett moved with him I belive is because Brett is his business manager, and PR guy, plus Elliott's friend.

The crew would stay with the old boss's operation. They aren't really his crew, they are the car's crew.
