i wear 4 1/2 in heels and they arent that hard. when you walk kinda lean back a little and stand up straight. plus when you stand up straight it looks much better. oh and also when you step try to step flat. not toe or heel first.

hope it helps

Kinky :-) Start with lower heels. Practise walking in them all the time. Start with a wider heel, don't go straight to a pencil heel! Learn to swing your *** and lean back slightly. After a while it just comes naturally.

nicely, hear to what your little sister says. i do no longer think of they're calling you names, because of the fact you're a bypass-dresser, yet because of the fact you're wearing those stilettos. I mean... individually, i think of it seems very sl.utty too! and that i've got no concern with bypass-dressers. this is in basic terms... i do no longer see why people might desire to placed on those form of grotesque shoes. i would not desire a female buddy the two, who's wearing extreme heels. Why can no longer you in basic terms placed on footwear? There are ladies who placed on footwear too!! Or, in case you have have been given a concern with those, why do no longer you place on shoes with SMALL heels? often cases, much less is definitely greater.

Wear your shoes around your house and you will slowly get used to them. Get a Dr. Shoals gel insert to keep your feel from hurting when you go out in them. I think that you should start off in some 2in heels or some wedges and get used to walking in those.

Start with lower heels then gradually work your way up to three inch heels.

pratice.........i guess.... or your going to have to make some good excuses to the other guys at your office of why you have a sprained ankle.... start with a heel with a wider bottom and then maybe try a wedge until you are confedent that you are not going to toppel over...men are not usually as graceful as women which is going to be your biggest problem to overcome
