I like to swim. That builds all you've mentioned & gives a good cardio work-out too. It's also low impact & good for all around better health.

sit on the floor - legs in front of you, knees bent, feet flat on the floor a foot or so apart. Put your hands on the floor behind you, fingers facing your body and press your body off the floor (so you're like a table) and then lower and raise your body using your arms. You'll definitely feel it in the backs of your arms. Even just 10 a day makes a difference after a few weeks.

Try aerobic boxing workouts. It will work out all the areas you mention and burns loads of calories in the process! In addition, I would suggest crunches, press ups and using weight for your arms, shoulders and back. HTH.

Curls are good for your arms. A machine called "lateral pull-down" is good for your back; there is a stand-like machine, without weights, that is good for abdominal muscles...both in front and on the sides, and for the stomach, good old sit-ups seem to help me.
