Kill em with kindness. Would it make you feel better to stoop to their level just to prove a point. If so, your an idiot. Just be nice, show them that whatever they did to you really doesn't bother you. They will get whats coming to them in due time.

Revenge is always a bad thing
But f you wished to get back at someone who has hurt you , the best revenge is to do good things for that person until they feel guilty.

I need to be careful how I tell this story or the people involved will recognize it and who I am.
Some years ago, an administrator I didn't like was always sticking me with the worst and hardest projects he could find (I was working as a project engineer on major construction projects).
This incident happened during the commissioning of a large ship. I had been onsite for several months and had a daily diet of the hated administrator's nosense. When I heard he was going to be onsite, I started telling the iron workers about how this guy was coming to snoop around and how he had fired other iron workers on previous projects but just minor infractions and that the guy was not only a jerk... but he was QUEER (the word at the time) and that the Iron Workers needed to be careful when he came around because he liked to grab those big, muscular men, by the behind and give them a good shake.
I had done a pretty good job of stirring up the Iron Workers and, by the time this guy showed up, the were ready to lynch him just on principals. The all said that if he as much as brushed against them, they would toss him overboard.
OK... you have it figured out. The second day the guy was there, he was up on the top deck, about 50 feet about the water, and accidentally brushed against one of the steel workers. The guy got up... picked the administrator up... and threw him overboard into about 100 feet of water.
The administrator left the site and left me completely alone until the job was finished.

This didn't happen to me, it was my best friend. When he was a freshman in high school, some kids hit his mail box with a bat, breaking the mailbox top off, and they stole it. He had a hunch who did it, so he decided to confront them. He knew they would never confess, so he had to come up with a way to get one of them to confess. Well he went up to one of the dumber ones of the group and told him that he knows they stole his mailbox. Naturally, the kid protested his innocence. So Jon (my friend), told him, "I video taped you doing it, and if you don't confess, I'm going to send it to the police." This was a bluff. He had no video tape, nor would he send it to the police. Jon went on to say, "if you tell me who is involved, I'll let you completely off the hook, but your friends won't be." So the kid confessed and ratted out all of his friends. What the kid didn't know is that Jon had a recorder in his pocket, capturing all his words. He then made copies of the recording, and played it for all of this kid's friends, starting a war between them. Then, he threatened all of them by saying he wanted double of what the mailbox costed, or else their parents all get a copy of the tape. They came up with the money, and Jon told them that if anything else happens to his house again, he'll always have an extra copy as evidence. They didn't really mess with Jon after that.
Nice revenge, huh?

I didn't do this, a co-worker did....her (ex)boyfriend of 2 years cheated on her (they worked at the same place). He cheated on her with ANOTHER girl at work and lied to her about it the whole time. She figured it out after a few weeks....well, they shared a cell phone plan...she had the number changed without his knowledge so he couldn't receive any calls (and blocked caller ID).....not only that, but she sold her engagement ring for $200, and to top it off, she created flyers with a bad picture of him on them, saying "Once a cheater, always a cheater" on them and passed them around the store. Now THAT'S revenge!! (and the tramp he cheated on her with dumped him within a few weeks...heheheheh!)

I got some skunk "spray" from a sporting goods store and injected it into the windshield gasket on someones vehicle, then into the upholstery of the same vehicle. Then to some mechanics wire and tied a dead fish onto the muffler of the same car. HEHEHEHEHEHE

I stole someones favorite jacket.
unfortunately for me, I have a tendency to relish in my revenge too much that when he asked about it I laughed in his face all delighted that I did it and he then proceeded to cream me.
As I was walking home holding my swollen face I realized then and there that revenge is immature. especially for someone like me who couldn't keep a secret if everyone knew it.

My ex had his socks and boxers (every pair he owned except what he had on for the day) at my house to get washed, he made me really really mad so a friend an I cut out the croaches and the toes on every single item and put them back in his mesh bag laundry basket and put them on his doorstep. We sprinkled the cut off material all around.

I kicked my ex out of my house and put all of his clothes in the trunk of his car in front my house that wasn't running because it needed a battery. I called the city and said there was an abandoned vehicle there. They picked it up so he was left with no car, no clothes, and no place to live. Then I got a restraining order and had him arrested for 3 years for assault.
He deserved it though...
He hit me in my face and beat me til my ears bled.
