It is with the same company, possibly the same people.

Chances are you will be meeting with different people but why risk it. Try to find something within the same style. If you wore a skirt, then wear another skirt, you simply want to project the same image that you won them over on the first one. Also if you do see the same person or people you met with make sure you greet them with their name. (not sure of their name ask the receptionist before they show up)
Good Luck

It probably sounds silly to read it this way...but in actuality, when you go for a second interview, most of the time they'll remember they've seen the outfit before. They might not remember which interview it was, but it doesn't take long to piece it together and then they'll think you can't afford to wear something different or afraid you might not make a nice presentation for their company. Everyone is different, but they DO look at not just the resume, but they look at the people too....and the shoes as well. I read that in the newspaper a few months back.. 85% of interviewers looks at the person's clothes and shoes. Because it says a lot about the person.
Good luck!

is the second interview with the same company as the first one? if so, then absolutely not. they may not remember what you wore the last time because they interview a lot of people, but why take that chance? believe it or not, what you wear to interviews can really affect your chances because it is the first thing they see.

First, thank you for the answer regarding the rebounder. I would suggest not wearing the exact same outfit. You want to present yourself as dynamic and spontaneous. Cookie-cutter employees a company can find for a dime a dozen. Be yourself and show some style. Trust in your fashion sense and show them a little of your real self while you are telling them what they want to hear....make them intrigued by what you could bring to their company by showing a brief glimpse of your creative side. Have fun...your knowledge and your personality will land you the job...oh, and most importantly good luck! I know you can do it...now you need to know you can!!!! Confidence is the best accessory you can bring with you that day :o)

if you're a lady, i imagine you may positioned on both. The beige is sensible as a spring time colour. in case you pair it with an stylish silk headscarf and/ or some stylish earrings it is going to seem very sensible. in terms of a guy, a beige tournament will be considered as too a lot of a mode indulgence, yet women persons have more desirable freedom at the same time as dressing, and would fairly replace the outcome a tournament causes through replacing the upload-ons. i imagine that as long as you bypass for stylish and severe you'd be effective. sturdy success!

Odds are the interviewer will not remember what you wore the first time anyway...

We see sooooooooooooooooo many people that It would be difficult to remember specific outfits.

Go ahead - as long as it's in good taste and clean we don't care.

Well, try to add something new like a scarf or new shoes, earrings bc otherwise they may focus on the fact you wore exactly the same thing.

You want them to pay attention to your skills so focus on buffing up your verbal communication skills too.

Wear something different. IF you don't have another good outfit, then make a small change - add a broach to your blouse or jacket lapel.
Make sure your hands are very clean, nail polish is plain and make-up very light. No perfume.
