do not get me all started... The U.S. can spend billions on a inaccurate and mismanaged conflict in Iraq, yet has lost the will to flow after Bin encumbered, the international's terrorist-in-chief. on the different hand, if Bin encumbered were captured or killed, somebody else would take his position and terrorism would proceed because it really is now. it may worsen, because the followers would commit more effective atrocities to avenge their "martyred" chief. i am going to end the following so I received't overload the means of Yahoo's pcs with my rants and raves.

Because he is in hiding in the mountains. Remember Rudolph who hid in the hills of WV, they never found him...he had to turn himself in. That was in our own country, imagine trying to find someone in unfamiliar soil. Think before you ask these questions. This isn't science fiction, we don't have a radar up in space that can pinpoint exact locations by DNA or something like that. We are still working with manpower here.
