You can go to a beauty supply store and buy a nail polish remover with acetone. Saturate the cotton ball good and let it sit for a few seconds before rubbing. This gives the acetone a chance to break down the polish and will come off easier. Nail polishes that have glitter or some form of sparkles are a little harder to remove. You can also try pure acetone, but that might be harder to find or purchase because you might need to be a licensed professional.

Depends you can scratch it off. lol No but use an acetone based nailpolish remover. The polish should come off in seconds

uhm it really is strange lol yet attempt utilising more proper remover and sumthn thicker than a cotton....element. if u have a layout that ha more effective than purely nail polish (correct paint, glitter like that different individual sed, or jewels) itll be extra sturdy to get rid of. also, per chance ur nail polish isnt acrilic, and ur utilising the rong type of remover....is there not acrilic nail polish? idk, yet it is all i am going to imagine of! as for ur chum, uhm...its not a freak element, cuz i no those with extremely small piggy feet (lol), and that "drop" of polish culd be higher than her toe! my piggy toe isnt THAT small, yet hey...if ur piggy toenail became huge, it wuldnt be stated as a piggie toe, precise? lol GOD BLESS!
