I've been under hugh stress lately. The other day I was at my max and the next day my entire body hurt. It has continued for the last 3 days. The simplest movements hurt! I haven't done any physical activities that would cause me to be this sore. I feel like I've been run over! Anyone ever experienced this?

Yes!!! Stress can have millions of effects on the body, it can cause many ailments that you have never experienced before. Stress can even make you physically sick. I know, I've had my share of stress...all I can say is....Stress Sucks! It makes me hurt and I'm sick of pain!

find an outlet for your stress.excersise is always good.

Yes it's happened to me. It will go away, but you need to relax too.
