I think it would be the squirrel because they are more aggressive and also equipped with sharper natural weapons. But perhaps the rabbit, being such a wise and gentle creature, could figure out a way to block the aggression.? Why would a squirrel want to fight with a rabbit anyway? Self-respecting squirrels have to save their energy to fight with more menacing predators such as cats ... rabbits too. Not that rabbits could fight a predator, but you know what I mean - their energy goes into escaping and avoiding.
Don't you think squirrels and rabbits could be friends? Anyway, your question gives us reason to assume that "A" squirrel and "A" rabbit are fighting each other... In that case who knows?
You might have a juvenile or senile squirrel versus a young rabbit in his prime.
Or you might have a feeble rabbit versus a seriously energetic squirrel in its prime.
Only way to find out is to watch and write it down, but please don't create such a scenario for your own curiosity!

the both are animals so you can't imagine who would win...sometimes the rabbit and maybe sometimes the squirrel...have some realism dude!!
