1. you can buy the Media Zone pass for $19.99 (unfortunately you missed the $15.99 early price). But beware, their support sucks! I couldn't get the games for the first 2 days because I had a software problem so I had to uninstall then reinstall WMP 10. If you have that dreaded WMP 11 beta, then you may not get any games at all (even Media Zone warns customers that getting the games with WMP 11 isn't a guarantee).

2. you can watch the games on CCTV-9 (Chinese sports channel) by downloading Sopcast or TVU. That's the only channel I was able to catch a FIBA game on, but its totally in Chinese.

Mediazone and FIBA have teamed up to offer an all-access pass for $19.99 that will allow you to see most of the games live, assuming you don't live in Japan where they're blacked out.
