I think Goldfinger. It's a fantastic film. It was the first film opening with a mini-adventure that has no relation to the rest of the story, iconic characters including the 'golden girl', the classic Aston Martin full of goodies and the best Bond lines ever:
James Bond: Do you expect me to talk?
Goldfinger: No Mr Bond, I expect you to die!
The sexiest scene of the film is the fight-flirting on hay with Pu.ssy Galore (GRRRR!)

That's a tough decision. My impulses say Goldfinger, because it ended up becoming the blueprint for future Bond films. But in the time its taken me to type that last sentence, I realized that From Russian With Love is truly the best Connery Bond film, not to mention, probably the greatest of the entire series, on account that it stays truest to Ian Fleming's novel.
