There are a lot of things that contribute and you have to read your own body and learn to know what makes it flare up. Diet and lack of excersize and water consumption is a big factor, also what products you use that have chemicals and other skin damaging things in it. I think to have a good diet and excersizing, lots of water, and don't put anything but natural products on your face and skin is the way to go. (or any combo of factors that work for you) Listen to your body!

Less sugar in your diet. Stay away from soda. Drink more water and find a cleanser that is right for your skin. Make sure after you wash your skin, use a toner and face cream.

There is a product that I have been using for about two years. I get it at the "Sally" store and it's called, "Beyond Belief", ABH, Blemish Stop. This is the best stuff I have ever used for acne.

You should wash your face in the morning and at night with a creme cleanser such as Oxy or Neutrogena, etc.
You should also carry around oxy alcohol pads to get excess oils off of your face that cause pimples as well.
