Try clicking View > Toolbars > Address Bar.
If your browser is like mine the address bar isn't listed under View, Toolbars. If it isn't listed and you have a full screen with nothing at the top of the screen, press the F11 key on your keyboard to restore your address bar. You can press the F11 key again to go back to full screen if you want. If you just want your address bar to appear temporarily when you have a full screen, just move your cursor to the very top of the screen and it will make your address bar drop down so you can use it and then it will go back to full screen.

1. Click on View
2. Click on Toolbars
3. Choose Address Bar and check it.

Right click on the menu bar and you'll see some choices. Check the Address Bar.

Right click on the toolbar, when the box comes up, click on the adress bar indicator. After that, right click on the toolbar again, now the adress bar should have a check in front of it, and now you should click on "lock the toolbars," to make sure you don't lose it again.

right click near the top of IE where the icons are and it'll give you a menu. Choose address bar and it'll pop back up.
Also, you could've accidentally switched it to full screen mode. To get back, just push the F11 key.

My computer is in portuguese but ill try and translate it for you....click on "view", witch is located on the top of the window...now click the first option that u see....after that u should see "adress bar" or something similar. Im sorry for not being to specific but its in a diferent language!
