you shouldnt need any tools. Just put some thermal paste on it, then drop and clip it on.

It shouldn'y require tools. Simply unlatch the old one and place the new. If the processor isn't being replaced, it should be a snap. I am doing the same thing tomorrow, if my cooler arrives. Good luck. If you need more help, go to www.cnet.com and click on how to.

It depends on the model of the fan you have. It usually just clips on either side of the socket.
