This could be a number of things.
1) You might have memory issues on your computer.
2) Driver issues on your PC.
3) Spyware/Adware issues
4) Not enough disc space/memory for page caching
5) Processor (CPU) problems.
You could do the following:
a) Run and clean spy/adwares
b) check your PC memory, hard disc space and processor and upgrade them if necessary
c) run full virus scan
d) Do not visit those sites.
e) Get all the updates for your operating system (i.e Windows XP etc) and driver updates for your computer from its manufacturers site.

Theres a little thing called cookies. All websites drop cookies. They can be harmful or subtle, depending on how many cookies are dropped. Sites like porn, cheat codes, dating sites, meeting sites, forums, and even some search engines drop major cookies, and some even drop viruses. So as some have said, get off those sites and stop looking at porn.
