ooo ouch... well, my favorite question for truth has always been "what question do you fear being asked most?" that way, they either choose dare for the rest of their life, or they answer that question on their next "truth"
My favorite dare is "push a penny around the toilet seat with your nose"

hmmm...not so sure about truth..but dare...just do random things..ex. go into a public area and propose to a lamppost...or run up to a random person, and say I LOVE YOU!!! stuff like that...not that big...but funny as h e l l
