My girlfriend and I are about celebrate our 1 year anniversary together and I want it to be so perfect. What can I do/buy her to help her know how absolutely special she is to me?

Here's what I've got so far....We are going away by ourselves for the weekend.
She loves silver jewelry, but I dont know what to go with (earrings, bracelet, necklace, ring)?

If you're crafty you can make her a handmade card. Also make a coupon book for massages, homemade dinner, wash her car, pedicure/manicure, etc.
If you're not a special piece of jewelry, weekend getaway, concert tickets, a puppy/kitten, etc.

Jewelry, flowers, make her a 4-course dinner, complete with full body massage, and take her to a romantic B&B.

Most people would tell you jewelry but I say... Just take the day and make it all about her. Her fav place to eat, fav thing(s) to do, then home again for a special bubblebath and then........ well you know..

What does she like? If she doesnt wear jewlery then dont get her that. like someone before me said. make the day about her. i say go to her favorite restaurant. or wait maybe to the place u had ur first date/kiss with her. hmm. make it like a walk down memory lane.
