Im trying to download a summary and when I click on the link to do it opens another page but that page is blank with the symbols Ive described in the right hand corner. is it because i havent got the software needed to see the page?

That is the placeholder for an image. It is not loading for some reason though.

It's most likely in a format that you haven't got the software for. Like powerpoint of similar.

maybe you have a PSP virus, but the X was erased due to techincal failure?
