Good toothbrush procedure?

OOPS i mean the actual toothbrush. I usually just wash my teeth then rinse with water really good anything else I can do to keep it nice and clean??

This is very important. The hygienist at your dentist will show you how on jumbo choppers.

Basically you brush from top to bottom of tooth... not side to side which causes tooth brush abrasion and will wear away your gums and leave the nerves exposed and is painful.

Up till then use toothbrush to clean your teeth and your tong immediately after each meal because if wait bacteria will be generated and will stuck between the gaps between your teeth, so do not wait after any meal.
When brushing start from roots to up direction in a circle movement and wash your mouth with leak water.

My dentist said to brush from the gums toward the end of the teeth, upward on the lower jaw and downward on the upper jaw. He said it not only cleans your teeth but helps your gums.

you can boil it to kill bacteria, etc (i am assume you mean the toothbrush, not your teeth) or run it thru the dishwasherl, like once a month, or more often if needed. just make sure you let it dry out between uses. don't put it in a container and close it up.

small circles, across every tooth, not too hard on the gums, and always buy soft toothbrishes, and floss daily. Brush twice a day morning and night.
