i am just 25 yrs of age and i dont know what for my hair is falling at this age. it has been falling for abt 2yrs but as i thougt it was natural since everyday dead hair is removed and replaced by new hair, i didnt pay much of my attention to that. but in the past 3-4 month i noticed the amount of my hair fall has increased awfully and 2 days ago what caught my eyes is really scary for me. half of my hair is gone and my scalp is almost exposed in few places. what shud i do now? can anybody plzzzzzzzz help me????
i dont use any chemicals like hair gels or cream nor do i have any vitamin deficiency.

I masterbate 3-4 times a week and i am a late goer to bed at night , most have the time cant have sound sleep. I dont use any chemicals like hair gels or cream nor do i have any vitamin deficiency.

Is hair loss related to any sexual reasons?

Blame your grandfather on your mother's side.

It's probably genetics - follicles die. Don't waste your money on Rogaine or things like that, they simply don't work in 99% of cases and cost a ridiculous amount of money.

These days, bald is in. Shave your head, or trim the hair short so it's not noticeable. Embrace your genes.

Live with it. It's not the end of the world.

I say that in about 5 years, I'll look like a Captain Picard with dark hair. It doesn't bother me.

Many men do in fact lose hair at an early age. BUT please talk to you dr. about this to be sure nothing else is going on.
