someone has moved the taskbar on my desktop (windows xp), they have moved it to the top of the screen, how do i move it back to the bottom, as it is really bugging me?

Just drag it, click on a free space and drag it down
if its blocked, it wont move, just right-click and de select Lock Taskbar, then drag it down-

As simple as grabbing it and moving it to the edge you want.

Click on it and drag it to the bottom.
