Please give me details in how set up the account to receive my emails directly into Outlook.

Steps to receive emails from Paid Yahoo u other email provider.
Open Outlooks
Main Menu open Tools
E-mails accounts
Choose Add a new e-mail account
Select the server type (POP3-IMAP-HTTP) your email provider should tell you which to choose.
Then provide all the information. Login, password, domain, web space, incoming mail (pop), outgoing mail (SMTP) and then make a test you should receive an email from outlook if so everything is ok.

You have to sign up for the paid email from Yahoo

If you use the FREE Yahoo mail you can't. They took that feature away. If you buy the pro version or what ever they call it, there should be instructions on there site to answer your question.
