For pleasure, relaxation, to feel intimate with another person, to get rid of a head ache, almost the same reason why we love chocolate.
If you wanted a kid you could adopt one, there are already too many people in this world.

I have sex for pleasure. Maybe later on, it will be for having kids/passing on genes etc.

if anybody says they having sex only to have kids THEY ARE LYING - kids are such a pain in the a**, no one would have sex if it didn't feel good
