u first have to go to ice rink, get the pictures, give em to aunt, than come back, go the puffle shop, look left, all the way left, there'd be a not saying twenty seven, than go the the soport shop, ask the lady for special items, enter 27 in the box she'd give u 2 items, use the lifeboats to rescue the pinguins stuck near ice cape, use the rope to climt the tallest mountain

in ur igloo if u already bought 1. Or go to the plaza (or town i forget) on the map and you'll see pat shop. go in and there will be 2 books in the bottom right corner. in one of those books it will say adopting and caring for your puffle flip the page a couple of times and adopt a puffle
