The most important thing that you need to find out is if you are ovulating or not. Are your periods regular? If so, there's a good chance ovulation is happening and it could be another problem like poor timing or low sperm count for your partner. After a couple tries to conceive for 1 year without success then medical treatment should be sought. Make an appt with your gyn for a Pre-conception visit and tell him/her you've been trying for nearly a year.

Take a holiday and relax, stop thinking about getting pregnant and don't stress so much. Have a check up at the doctors and make sure alls well then carry on living and loving and I truly believe you will soon fall pregnant. Sometimes trying too hard can cause stress and not only are you not enjoying the loving relationship but it is causing you not to fall pregnant. Enjoy your life as it is at the moment. Happy Birthday to your little girl. Good luck.

Try ovulation predictor kits. If you are ovulating and not having any success, then there could be other problems. I would make an appointment with your OBGYN. Just because you have one child already, doesn't mean that it's easy the second time around. It took me over a year to conceive my daughter. She is 14 months and we're in our second month ttc number two. Best of luck to you!

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

It sounds like you may have secondary infertility. I would make an appointment with the OB/gyn or if they do not want to do anything, consider going to an infertility specialist. Secondary infertility is a problem that many women have and sometimes need some medication, etc. to help them conceive. Good luck!

First of all dont get stressed out about trying to get pregnant. Cause the more stressed that you are the less likely you are to get pregnant. First thing you need to do is to track your period to see when you are the most fertile. I use the website www.mycylces.com and www.mymonthlycycles.com use these website to track your periods and it will calculate when you are the most likely to get pregnant. And another thing that will stop you from getting pregnant is actually having to much sex. Cause it takes the sperm 24 to 48 hrs to regenerate. So dont have sex everyday. Hope this helps and hope you get pregnant soon!

After intercourse stay in bed. Do not get up for at least 20-60 minutes. (may be gross but it helps) Do not go to the bathroom after sex. This gives the time for the sperm to travel. Do not have sex every day. Have sex every other day.
Have sex the day before you ovulate (14 days after the first day of your last period) if your 28 days.
This gives the sperm time to get to the egg. The sperm will live up to 5 days in your body.
Worked for me the first time. Hope this helps!
