take a b6 vitamin along with your prenatals. 25ml three times a day. It takes a little while but it honestly works.

What you can do is eat lighter meals throughout the day, but eat them about every 2 to 3 hrs. Cause what is happening is your bloodsugar is getting low and when it gets low it makes you feel sick to your stomach. Also in the morning even before you get out of bed eat some milk and a few saltine crackers. If this dont work for you then you can try seabands. Or if you still feel sick all of the time talk to your doctor cause he can provide you with something that will take the sickness away. By the way if you go by wise tales then you are carring a girl. Hope you feel better soon.

Im in my 10th week right now, and the nausea got so bad this time that I couldn't keep liquids or food down and lost 15 pounds in little over a week. Alot of people use b6 vitamins, or eating small meals all day long. And if drinking water makes you worse, try gatorade or propel to get you going again. Eat small, stay away from greasy foods, or rich foods. Snack on crackers all day long. But if worse comes to worse, talk to your doctor, they may have a few more ideas for you to try or they may put you on a anti nausea medicine. My doctor just put me on Zofran, but make sure you have insurance (if you dont, go to your local government aid office, with your age your should have any problem getting aid) because the pharmacy called me and told me that the drug cost $750.00 for only 20 pills.

Good Luck and your due exactly one month after my baby is due!

Don't take anything other than your prenatals (unless you're doctor has okayed it). There is a prenatal vitamin that has B6 in it, it may be safer than adding something else to your routine. As for anything else...try some saltine crackers (but don't over due it, you don't want to end up with hypertension) and water. I was sick all the way through my 6th month...nothing helped...but it should go away soon. Oh yeah, I forgot about the Preggie Pop Drops...you can find them at any baby or maternity store...if you can't find them, some sugar-free sour hard candy is all they are.

Poor girl. I kid you not, I vomitted 3 times a day for the first 3 months! Everyday, I felt like I was dying. I have tried everything to cease the nausiating feeling, but honestly nothing worked for me. I just had to let it pass. My doctors told me the same. I couldn't keep down anything for 3 months, it was murder. After the 3 months passed, I was finally able to enjoy my pregnancy :-)

Ginger has been shown to reduce nausea in pregnancy. Also, there is a over the counter medication, called Emetrol, and it is perfectly safe to take during pregnancy. Also, try to keep your blood sugar levels stable by eating small frequent meals.

Congratulations on your pregnancy - you sound pleased as punch - good for you :-D

The answer saying crackers is good advice. The crackers need to be dry though, as in no butter..

Ginger snaps are also highly recemmended as the ginger helps stop sickness. These really worked for me :-)

/good luck, I'm sure you'll get lots of advice here :-)

I don't know if this will help or not, but what helped me was cheese. Cottage cheese, string cheese, cheese on crackers, whatever (just as long as it's real cheese and not processed cheez food product spread). It might just be me, but it worked wonders!
