if it is found in ultra sound scanning that the woman is going to give birth to twins. is inter course in the first 3 months advisable? please furnish precautions to be taken so as to enable to avert abortion.

Well, if you doubt that it will be safe, don't do it. You're not going to enjoy it if you are worried about harming or killing your babies, so what's the point in trying? I would abstain for a while, at least till your three month mark has passed, and that goes for any pregnancy, not just twins.
The only other advice I could give you, especially if you are carrying twins, is to attend every one of your antenatal appointments and ultrasound scans. Ask your midwife/doctor what is safe and not, or buy pregnancy magazines. Make sure that you are taking prenatal vitamins, in particular, Folic Acid.
Above all, relax, and look after your self.

avoid excess in take of salt, sex in the first three months, heavy physical exercises,don't watch melancholic movies and listen to sorrowful songs. watch comedy pictures. enjoy the company of people who cut healthy jokes and optimists. avoid long journeys.follow the advice of your doctor without any deviation.check your bp and sugar levels periodically.avoid emotional disturbances

I would say that sex in the first three months are fine if not told otherwise by a doctor.

It should be fine a long as you do try anything strange ie swinging from ropes or anything
